This is a fabulous opportunity for a Junior Sous Chef for a superb privately owned country house hotel near Midhurst in West Sussex.

The role of Junior Sous Chef will involve assisting the team with the day-to-day running of the kitchen, preparation and cooking using fresh ingredients for the Restaurant & Banqueting operation
As Junior Sous Chef, you will be required to work on all sections as required with the benefit of learning new work
Preferably need to be college trained with NVQ L1&2
Will need to have at least 3 years kitchen experience within a quality hotel or restaurant
It will be essential to have experience of all sections within the kitchen

For the Junior Sous Chef role, you will need to be a strong Chef de Partie now and ready to take on a new challenge and be capable of responsibility, taking ownership of your role and leading others

Must have good cooking and presentation skills
You will need to have your own transport due to the location, first class accommodation is available nearby with own room.
