This is a great opportunity for a Commis Chef to join a stunning privately owned country house hotel based in Sussex close to Crawley with two-rosette restaurant.

The right person for this exciting role will currently be employed as Commis Chef within a hotel or restaurant for at least one year and preferably to 2 Rosette standard although not essential as training will be given

As Commis Chef you will need to have experience of food preparation and cooking using fresh ingredients

You will have the benefit of working with a first class Head Chef who will provide the right training for your career progression and development

What we will need from you is commitment and genuine passion for food and cooking as well as taking pride in your work

You may be a recent catering college leaver who will be considered as it will be an advantage to be college trained for this particular role

A salary package of up to £13k will be offered for this position together with excellent working conditions.

You will need to have your own transport ie car due to the location of the hotel. Live in may be available
