This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Sous Chef to become part of a privately owned Seafood Restaurant with best reputation and based in Central Brighton

The right person as Sous Chef for this role will need to have a proven track record and have several years cooking experience at senior level, and must have excellent fish cooking skills possibly to Rosette standard. All dishes are produced using fresh ingredients. You will need to be used to volume business and working within a fast paced environment

As Sous Chef it will be important that you have natural leadership and motivational skills and the ability to develop the current team. You will need to be genuinely passionate about food and cooking and have good organisation skills

You will have the benefit of being part of the senior management team and contribute to the business with new ideas in order for progression and development.

You will need to be eligible to live and work within the UK and have the relevant experience at Sous Chef level in order to be considered for this role.

It will be an advantage to be living locally or within easy driving distance of Brighton
