This is a great role for an Operations Manager to join one of Brighton’s best established hotel and be part of a professional hotel organisation that offer career progression

The right person for the Operations Manager role will need to have strong hotel operational management experience within a four star hotel with at least 100 rooms. It will be essential that you enjoy responsibility, managing and developing a team and used to working in a fast paced busy environment

The Operations Manager will need to have experience and sound knowledge of Food & Beverage operations, Reception and Front Office management, together with Maintenance and Night Manager management
As Operations Manager, you will need to have strong leadership and people management skills, and be supportive towards colleagues.

It will be important that you have experience and knowledge of how to run a commercial hotel and have excellent business acumen skills. You must have a good head for figures with the ability to control costs and have a clear understanding of a P/L report
