The Restaurant has an excellent reputation, is well established and is one of the best of its kind in Brighton and features vegetarian dishes as part of its identity.

The Commis Chef role will involve working on each section of the kitchen and will offer the benefit of learning new work and experience of vegetarian cooking, which is currently vogue in Brighton.

The right person for this Commis Chef role will ideally be college trained or you may be a recent college leaver looking for their first position in a restaurant. You will need to have at least 6 months kitchen experience at Commis level within a restaurant or hotel.

You will have the benefit of working with experienced Chefs and gain valuable experience and knowledge from their expertise.

Of course you will also need to be passionate about cooking and food preparation and have a great desire to produce first class food.
