Our Recruitment Process

OCC Recruitment provides a 3-stage recruitment process in order to minimise the possibility of potentially costly recruitment errors.

Stage 1 -Taking the Brief

We take a detailed brief in order to gain a full understanding of:

1) The organisation's aims and culture
2) The role within the organisation and the job specific key result areas.
3) The key skills and attributes the person in the role must have to be successful.

Stage 2 Interview & Feedback

We conduct structured interviews using competency-based questions developed from the job competencies identified at the brief taking stage.

Stage 3 Presentation of Short listed Candidates

We will present you with a shortlist of suitable candidates together with a full candidate CV and a report/overview of the candidates background and skills together with recommendations on any specific areas that you may wish to explore further during the interview process.
