  • No candidate will attend an interview with you without having been thoroughly interviewed by us.

  • No candidate will attend an interview with you without being thoroughly briefed on the position, salary, benefits package and company structure and culture.
  • You will never be swamped with unsuitable CVs either during or between assignments.
  • In between assignments, should we see a strong candidate then a summary of that candidate will be forwarded by e-mail or post to you. This will happen only when we genuinely feel that this would be of interest to you.
  • We will maintain contact with you throughout the recruitment process in order to ensure that your needs are being met and that the process is working to your satisfaction.
  • Once you have appointed a suitable candidate we will contact you to check on the progress of candidates after 2 weeks and prior to any probationary period coming to an end.
  • We will maintain contact with you to ensure that we stay informed of any organisational developments and potential staffing requirements.
