OCC Recruitment was launched in 2003 as a specialist niche consultancy with the strong belief that recruitment is not a “Perfect Science” and that each client and candidate is unique with their own specific needs. This is why with a combined recruitment and hospitality background spanning more than 50 years between us we great take pride on the personal service and consultative approach we provide across the board to both clients and candidates.
