As Deputy Manager, you will need to have proven experience within the Food and Beverage department and have the ability to motivate and develop your team effectively. It will also be an advantage to have previous experience of a modern and less formal environment.

The Deputy Manager will need to have good energy in order to take on this challenging and demanding role and to inspire fellow HOD's. The role will require the right person who is deeply passionate about their work within the Hospitality industry and who is hungry for career progression.
